Butterflies (typical kind of Italian pasta) with broccoletti cream and tuna

Ingredients for 4 people:
400g of butterflies, a tin of 180g of broccoletti cream made by “Anguillara’s vegetables garden”, 160g of oiled tuna, 50g of scallion, a little bit of fennel, thyme, hot pepper, extra virgin oil.

First of all you have to mince the scallion, after that you have to cook it in a pan with oil and hot pepper; then add the broccoletti cream, the tuna, a little bit of thyme and fennel, two ladles of water taken from the water of the pasta. It has to be cooked for about 10 minutes.
Drain the pasta and mix it with the flavoring in the pan.
